How can I remote control a customer's mac running macOS Catalina

MacOS Catalina (10.15) has added security features that require additional permissions for using the full feature set of GoToAssist Remote Support v5. In order to be able to remote control your customer's Mac running macOS Catalina (10.15) or above, instruct them to perform the following steps.

1. In the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon.
2. Select System Preferences.
3. Click Security & Privacy.
4. Click the Privacy tab.
5. Click Unlock, and enter your credentials.
6. Make the following changes:
